Private Time OÜ (hereafter Private Time) offers accommodation on the Greenback property in Telise Village, Lääne County.

These terms and conditions (hereinafter the T&C) apply between the guest and Private Time, when the services of Private Time are provided and online bookings are made. The T&C cover all processes related to booking and accommodation. The legislation of the Republic of Estonia shall be proceeded from in issues not covered by the T&C.
By making a booking, the guest confirms that they have read and accepted these T&C, which are available on the Private Time website.

1. INTRODUCTION

1. Private Time accommodation can be booked by natural persons aged 18 and over who have active and passive legal capacity and legal entities. Private Time reserves the right to cancel a booking if it is found that the guest who has made the reservation does not meet the requirements set out in the T&C.

2. The guest agrees to the T&C when making the reservation, without this agreement it is not possible to book the house.

3. The prices and available dates of the house on offer are shown in the booking process when a booking is made.

4. The version of the T&C that is binding on the guest is the version in force at the time of booking and published on the Private Time website.

2. BOOKINGS

1. The guest makes the booking on the Private Time website or on the website of the service provider that mediates the services of Private Time by selecting the desired accommodation service.

2. The guest confirms that they are aware of the nature, purpose and booking methods of the services available and has received the necessary and/or additional information required to make the booking.

3. On the website, the guest can book the house for personal use and for up to two people.

4. The guest confirms that they have familiarised themselves with the services chosen and their suitability for the guest’s needs.

5. The booking will be considered as submitted by the guest at the end of the booking process.

6. Guests can make reservations using the online form on the www.privatetime.ee website or through a service provider that mediates the services of Private Time.

7. The booking is considered as confirmed once the guest has received a confirmation of the booking from Private Time.

8. Guests must complete all the required fields on the booking form before booking.

9. The guest confirms the accuracy and correctness of the information provided.

3. BOOKING CONFIRMATION

1. Private Time will confirm the booking by sending a confirmation email to the email address provided by the guest.

2. The booking confirmation shows the services ordered, the prices, the date of booking, the contact details of the accommodation.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

1. Bookings can be cancelled 14 days before the arrival date by sending a message to Private Time at info@privatetime.ee. In such a case, Private Time will refund the prepaid amount in full within 7 days of receipt of the cancellation notice from the Client. Payments made by transfer from a bank will be repaid to the same account from which the booking fee was received. If a booking is cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date, Private Time will refund 100% of the advance payment received. In case of shorter notice, the advance payment will not be refunded.

2. Changes to bookings and refunds. In order to change a booking, please send an email to Private Time at info@privatetime.ee. Bookings can be changed up to 14 days before the arrival date. Any changes to the booking that are made later will be invalid and the advance payment will not be refunded. When changing the booking, please keep in mind that both the price of the house and the availability of a house suitable for the Client may have changed. It is possible to change a booking free of charge 14 days before the arrival date.

3. If a guest cancels the booking during the stay before the end of the stay, the money will not be refunded.

4. Private Time does not charge a deposit, but reserves the right to charge a fee from the guest as compensation for putting the house back in order if damage was caused to the house or items were brokern.

5. Check-in is possible from 15:00.

6. Check-out must be no later than at 11:00 and guests must vacate the house on the day their booking expires. If the guest does not leave before the check-out time, Private Time has the right to charge the guest for the extra night, unless otherwise agreed between Private Time and the guest.

7. All bookings are personal and cannot be passed on to any other person either for free or for a fee.

5. STAY

1. Guests confirm that they use the house in a prudent and responsible manner. Disorderly behaviour, damaging the property of Private Time, disturbing neighbours, etc. may result in the guest being evicted from the property without compensation or a refund for unused nights. The guest must pay for any damaged items or other damage caused.

2. The Private Time house is smoke-free. The fine for non-compliance with the smoking ban is €300. In addition, Private Time reserves the right to charge the guest for cleaning and odour removal.

3. Pets are not allowed.

6. LIABILITY

1. The photos displayed on the Private Time website are illustrative. The images of the Private Time house are as accurate as possible, but there may be variations due to changes in furniture, accessories or renovations.

2. Private Time has the right to cancel a guest’s booking if the booking and/or payment is incorrect, incomplete or fraudulent and caused by the guest, which will result in the cancellation of the booking at the guest’s expense, without prejudice to any civil or criminal proceedings against the guest.

3. All complaints and suggestions aimed at Private Time should be emailed to Private Time at info@privatetime.ee.

7. PRICES

1. The prices of the booked services are displayed before the booking and during the booking process.

2. The prices shown are valid for the selected dates, the house and the number of people.

3. The prices displayed to the guest are in euros and are valid only for the selected period on www.privatetime.ee.

4. If the payment is made in a currency other than the euro, the cost of the exchange rate will be borne by the guest.

5. All bookings are paid for in euros (€).

6. The price does not include extras unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

8. PAYMENTS

1. The entire cost of the selected service must be paid for the service/product purchased by the Client via the Private Time booking environment. By paying the fee, the Client confirms that they have read and accept all the conditions and rules made available by the service provider through the booking environment.

2. In the case of a no-show (i.e. the guest does not cancel the booking but does not arrive on the start date of the booking), the prepaid amount will not be refunded.

3. Immediately after making the transfer or card payment, the Client must click on the ‘back to merchant’ button to register the payment immediately.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

1. When using the Private Time website and when making a booking, Private Time processes the personal data of the guest in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

2. The computer-based documents stored in Private Time’s IT systems are considered as proof of communication, orders and payments between the parties.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

1. In order to provide the best possible service to clients and to ensure the correct performance of contractual relations, Private Time collects, stores, discloses, transmits and stores client data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the legislation of the European Union.

2. The personal data provided when placing an order and making a purchase in the online booking environment are confidential and are processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act.

3. Private Time will not disclose the Client’s personal data to third parties without the Client’s consent, except in cases provided by law.

4. The personal data processed are the data requested from the Buyer when an order is placed (name and surname, telephone number, email address, company name, company registration code, company address).

5. The security of payments made via bank link and/or by bank card is protected by an SSL security protocol, which ensures that the information exchanged cannot be intercepted or altered by unauthorised persons.

6. Private Time uses the personal data collected to provide the best service to the Client. Private Time is responsible for the actions of its processors, and the processors will comply fully with Private Time’s Privacy Policy. The data controller is Private Time, email address info@privatetime.ee.

7. Collection of other data – we also collect non-personal data that cannot be directly linked to a specific individual (browser version, language preference, location, time spent on the site, etc.) and that we treat as generalised customer behaviour in the Private Time booking engine. This data is aggregated and used to supplement the booking engine service/product.

8. Private Time will retain personal data for as long as necessary for the various purposes for which the data is processed, but for no longer than 7 years after the date of departure indicated on your order. The Client also has the right to require, at any time, the making corrections to their data if the data have been amended or become inaccurate for any other reason. In order to modify/supplement or remove data, please contact Private Time at info@privatetime.ee.

9. Terms and conditions of and amendments to the Privacy Policy – when you start using the booking engine, you have read and agreed to these policies and conditions. We reserve the right to make any necessary amendments to the general terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy and will inform about this on the Private Time website. 11. FORCE MAJEURE

1. Force majeure is any unforeseeable and insurmountable event beyond the control of the contracting parties which prevents the guest or Private Time from fulfilling all or part of the obligations set out in the contract.

2. Neither party can be liable to the other for any breach of its obligations arising from force majeure. Force majeure will suspend the performance of the mutual obligations of the parties and each party will bear the resulting costs.

12. AMENDMENT OF THE T&C AND APPLICABLE LAW

1. All complaints between the guest and Private Time regarding the booking and the stay will be settled through negotiations.

2. The guest has the right to turn to the Consumer Protection Board if no agreement is reached. Any complaints and queries will be resolved in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

3. Private Time may amend and/or supplement these T&C at any time. In this case, Private Time will publish a new version of the T&C on its website, which will be effective immediately, except for booking made prior to the date of publication of the T&C, which will be subject to the T&C in effect at the time the booking was made.
